Toe bar information:

Volvo factory toe bars are notorious as being a weak link in the rear suspension, as they easily bend, causing your alignment to be out of specification. The Volvo factory toe bars also are adjusted via an eccentric bolt/washer, therefore making adjustment tedious. If you ever remove the Volvo factory toe bars for an installation, an alignment is necessary once re-installed.

The TKi Motorsport toe bars have been tested both on and off the race track. Even after car-to-car contacts and countless curb hits, the vehicle alignment stayed within specification, without damage to the toe bars. With right hand/left hand threaded clevises, installation and alignment is a breeze. Furthermore, if you ever need to remove the toe bars, an alignment is not necessary after re-installation. They utilize the highest quality materials and design, including:

- Anodized billet aluminum rods for strength, weight savings, and durability
- Powdercoated steel clevises for strength and durability
- Right and left hand threads for easy installation and adjustment
- Lock nuts to keep alignment within specification

*Just to clarify:

Our race endlinks feature a PTFE lined heim joint, and are sealed with boots, however, they might make noise over time as that is a characteristic of heim joints. We try to eliminate this with the use of the teflon lining. Of all the race endlinks we have sold, we have had less than 1 handful complain about noise.

Millville, NJ: June 7, 2011: TKi Motorsport and VAC Motorsports stormed into New Jersey Motorsports Park for a victory at the BMWCCA New Jersey Premiere Event.  Driving ace, Josh Koropchak, drove the #26 BMW 330i Touring Car to both overall and class victories during Tuesday’s event.  This marks the first victory for Koropchak in a BMW.

For race 1 on Monday, Koropchak was at the wheel of VAC Motorsports E36 M3 Endurance Car.  Qualifying 4^th in class, Koropchak showed an aggressive pace during the race, working his way up to 2nd place.  Unfortunately, with 7 minutes left in the race, and less than 1 second from the leader, Koropchak’s M3 sustained a terminal mechanical failure, forcing a DNF.

For race 2 on Tuesday, Koropchak drove the VAC Motorsports BMW 330i Touring Car.  Due to not finishing race 1, Koropchak was forced to start race 2 in 31^st position overall and 7^th in class.  With the drop of the green flag, Koropchak set his sights on the front of the pack, picking off one car at a time.  At the checkered flag, Koropchak crossed the line 5^th overall and 2^nd in class for a podium finish.

As the sun baked the tarmac on the circuit for the final race 3 on Tuesday afternoon, fans and enthusiasts filled the spectator areas, waiting for the BMW’s to take their grid positions.  With the green flag flying and BMW engines screaming, Koropchak darted from 4^th place to 1^st place overall on the first lap, and never looked back.  Crossing the finish line with headlights flashing from excitement, Koropchak scored a 1^st place overall and class victory, with a blistering 20.963 second lead on 2^nd place.

“Between the whole team remaining sharply focused and myself being totally committed to giving my best, we were able to prove that our tireless efforts were up to the vigorous challenges.  The foundation of both TKi Motorsport and VAC Motorsports businesses are to develop and prove parts that we sell, and nothing says that more than winning.  I would like to thank Tony Salloum for this opportunity, and I hope to be able to bring more wins to the team in the future,” stated Josh Koropchak.

Jobstown, NJ: May 17, 2011: After competing in the SCCA 12-Hour Devil in the Dark, TKi Motorsport and VAC Motorsports will extend their presence on the racing circuit with entrance of a BMW M3 into the BMW CCA Premiere Event at New Jersey Motorsports Park Thunderbolt Circuit on June 6^th and 7^th.

The race event will consist of two, multi-class sprint races, one on each day, in order to test the endurance of the driver, car and team.  As this is a home event for both TKi and VAC, their hours of data-logged laps around the 14-turn, 2.25 mile Thunderbolt Circuit will prove invaluable, putting them well ahead of many competitors.

Champion driver Josh Koropchak is ready for the challenge.  “With the manufacturer change from Volvo to BMW for this season, I’ve had to learn a completely new car.  The BMW chassis was an easy adaption and is an excellent vehicle in terms of handling and power.  I am mentally and physically ready to secure top honors.”
